Women’s Yoga is a slow moving basic hatha/vinyasa class where you can find a break from the intensity of the world to explore yourself in the safety of other women just like you. In this All Levels class you can find tools for balance with your breath that opens up your heart and your spirit. Deep healing channels may become available to you as you explore your body in this intentional and mindful way. You will explore tools of mindfulness and breath as we move gently together.
This class is for women who are already exercising, or who have a basic sense of how to take care of their bodies, but might be coming back from an injury or illness and want an opportunity to go deeper and slower into their bodies through movement and breath.
Modifications will be given so that you can feel safe to explore the poses in the class. You will have an opportunity to “Check-in” and let me know what you are needing to feel supported in the class.
Come early and wear comfortable clothing. Mats will be provided if you don’t have one.
