If you have completed a Balance Your Life MSC (Mindful Self-Compassion) Course or a Women’s Self-Compassion Group, you know how important it is to have the continued support to practice mindfully on your own. When we practice together we create a container that allows our practices to go deeper and this releases our hearts.
This women’s circle is the way we can all support each other in growing our Self-Compassion. Along with attending Silent Retreats, this women’s circle is the place to stay in touch with other women on this same path — women finding how to love themselves more deeply and be more available to those close to you in your life to give compassion in a balanced and healing way. Giving in and giving out.
In this circle I will simply facilitate a Self-Compassion Practice, regular check-in, a feelings go around, and determine who might want to ask for extra time for support or feedback. We will focus on the techniques and benefits of mindfulness practices and what it means for our lives as women on our spiritual path. This circle is open to new women coming in, so it will be an ongoing circle meeting monthly. The requirement is to make a commitment for 5 months or a season. This Fall our dates will be not consistently on the second or third Thursday, due to some challenges in my schedule. Here’s the dates: August 23, Sept. 20, October 18, November 8, December 3.
PRICE: $275 till August 15 / $315 after August 1 (5 monthly 90 minute meetings)
