WHEN:  Thursdays from 11:45 – 1:45 PM  –  8 weeks  October 12 – December 7th 

 RETREAT:  Half Day Retreat on Saturday – October 28th-    9 – 4 pm  This will be an opportunity to relax at a beautiful location in the foothills of Boulder for the whole day.  Class in am and silent retreat in the afternoon.  9 -4 pm.  Hot lunch and snacks included.  Carpooling will be necessary.
